Dear CPEC Parent/Guardian,
On behalf of the staff of Clear Passage Educational Center (CPEC), we welcome you to the 2020-21 school year. As partners, we share the responsibility for your child’s success and continually strive to support all students in achieving their academic goals during this period of unprecedented crisis.
With the new school year scheduled to launch on Tuesday, September 8th, we ask that you carefully review the information below:
Online Courses
Due to the recent spike in coronavirus cases in Southern California, students will continue to take all courses online via Fuel Ed (Peak) and will be expected to complete assigned coursework from home. In addition, regularly scheduled student meetings with Mr. Zeiler (lead teacher) will continue to be conducted via telephone. This protocol is expected to continue through Monday, October 5th. While we do not have any presumptive or confirmed cases of the new coronavirus on our campus, we are taking this step to help protect public health.
Extended Use of Laptop Computer
To encourage and support CPEC students in completing their coursework at home, the use of school laptops is being extended through the duration of the new school year. If your child does not have access to a computer and is need of a school laptop to complete his/her coursework, please contact the school at the number listed below.
Registration/Orientation
Information related to registration and orientation will be forwarded in a follow-up communication.
